Luke Dunckley

Luke graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle with a degree in graphic design when he started working in real estate. His career was almost inevitable, hailing from a family of real estate agents, home lenders, and builders. What started as using his design skills for marketing material ended up blossoming into a full-blown passion.

He has an aptitude for identifying up-and-coming markets and foresaw a boom in the condo market in 2004. He became the first Certified Condominium Specialist in Washington State. His knowledge of downtown Bellevue condos allowed him to carve a niche with first time buyers, tech employees, and investment seekers.

His personal investment portfolio expanded to vacant lot development, property rehabilitation, and vacation rental investing. This has allowed him to gain the first-hand expertise to serve his clients in every arena of real estate. Luke hangs his license at Coldwell Banker Bain, Bellevue.

In Luke’s spare time, you can find him with Chelsea and their three boys, golfing, attending sporting events, coaching his kids' sports teams, going to car shows, and serving his church community.
