Luke Mauger has joined BAWONS Properties as a Director in the Multi-Housing Group after a successful tenure as a Multifamily Specialist at Kidder Matthews in California. Luke specializes in multifamily properties in South Florida and investment sales throughout Florida. Prior to joining BAWONS Properties, Luke excelled at creating real value for his clients and developing relationships by delivering great deals to his sophisticated network of investors with deep capital searching for market opportunities.

As a South Florida native, Luke uses his client-centric approach that combines market expertise with his proprietary networks to deliver comprehensive market analysis and create real value for his clients with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. Luke’s team uses a collaborative approach that focuses on utilizing BAWONS’ proprietary resources to maximize value for their clients.

Luke gained his passion for real estate through his family’s multi-generational businesses of developing, renovating and managing both multifamily and hotel assets in Washington, Oregon, New Jersey, and New York. Luke graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Economics. Mr. Mauger enjoys spending his free time outdoors in the beautiful South Florida sunshine either at the ocean surfing or out on the golf course.
