Luke Waters

Luke is an Investment Sales Associate for Sullivan Wickley. He is responsible for the disposition of the in-house single tenant developments as well as 3rd party brokerage. Luke’s focus is on the disposition and acquisition of single tenant net lease assets with a specific focus on retail properties. He has a successful background in advisory, consulting, and transaction services for 1031 exchange buyer’s, developers, individual investors, REIT’s, and institutional investors. Luke has transaction experience with both individual and portfolio assets along with Sale-Leaseback transactions. Luke strives and continues to be results oriented while adding valuable services to his clients from an advisory and brokerage role on their investment real estate needs. He earned his Bachelor in Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from The University of Mississippi.
