Originally from China, Luman came to Blacksburg to earn her Master’s degree at Virginia Tech. After graduating, she made her home in the New River Valley, along with her husband and two beautiful children. As a homeowner, investor of multiple properties, and a recent custom-home builder, she is aware of all the stresses and frustrations that both buyers and sellers experience in today’s market.
