Lupe was definitely a wonder to work with! We initially made contact with her about possibly selling our home and buying another and she quickly got to work on explaining the process thoroughly! Time passed before we got to work with her but when we reconnected, Lupe did everything she possibly could to make the process as easy as possible! She always put the needs of my husband and I before her own, like a true professional. Two people with busy jobs, and we never felt the pressures and stresses of house hunting. When the pressure did get to us, all we had to do was send a quick message and she promptly answered and put our worries at ease! We were so lucky to have the opportunity to work with Rosa and Lupe. We interviewed many realtors (all 5 star reviewed) but these women stood head and shoulders above all the other. From the very first exploratory conversations, they both showed so much genuine expertise, interest and caring in our home selling process. Walking through the home with Lupe, she noticed so many things that I appreciated about the home. She was immediately excited and formulating the way she would portray the listing, which I loved. She was absolutely engaged every single step of the way, start to finish. Rosa and Lupe saw and highlighted everything that we loved about the home to make sure it absolutely shone in the listing and showings. When I read the home description that they wrote, it was so emotionally impactful to me that I teared up! I know those words impacted buyers as well!
