She is Awesome at her job! She will get you what you want. 😃 I am a recent amputee and finding a home for our family was difficult. She was able to help us pick the right house for my need; get us a great lender and we closed in a little more than 30 days. She met us to pick up paperwork and checks. Whatever our needs were; she made sure to meet them or direct us to the right people. She knows her stuff!! If I had to do it again; I would choose her AGAIN!!

I recently purchased my first home with LuQuana Nelson. She was recommended by my best friend, who spoke very highly of her. When it was my turn I can honestly say I had the same experience that my friend had. LuQuana was very trusting and supportive the entire time. I received consistent interaction and timely responses when it came time to view homes. I never felt pressured into settling for a home that I didn’t like. Once she felt my vibe she reacted before I even said a word. Even when she was away at a conference or quarantined she found a way to have me still view homes. My process was never slowed down. Luquona dedicated herself to the needs of her client. Luquona is highly knowledgeable about her job. She is very professional, honest, always makes herself available, very respectful of her clients desires and needs and is vision oriented. Luquona is truthful and fair. She takes her time to explain and give in-depth details to her client and give them the opportunity to decide and weigh their options. We once saw a house that I knew Within myself was not my “dream” home because of the stress of buying a home, I wanted to settled. Instantly Luquona knew what I wanted in my “dream” home, she quickly advised me not to settle. She gave me hope that I would find my dream home. I can not speak more highly of Ms. Luquona. I made a decision this year to sell my first home and she was honest, punctual and able to break the process down with me from start to finish.

She never told me things couldn't be done but was transparent about what the possibilities could be (which is something I needed being this was my first sell). There was no pressure and she delivered me a sold home within 2 weeks of hitting the market. I was told by prior professionals it couldn't be done but Luquona stepped in, told me what I needed to do and because I trusted her I came out winning in the end.

When I buy my next home she will be the first call I make. I can not speak more highly of her and how she really takes cares of those that entrust her with their buying/selling process.

Luquona was great. She kept me informed at every turn. She always gets back to you, and will find answers to any questions you have. She was able to get me in to see my house the same day. Even when I ran into a hurdle with my lender and thought I was going to lose the house, she was able to find me another lender and save me money!
