I am originally from the Bay Area in California, where most of my family still resides. My immediate family moved around quite a bit, so adjusting to new faces and places became part of my passion in connecting with all walks of life. I moved to Portland, Oregon in 1989. My work has always been connected to residential sales and management. My experience includes; property management, corporate housing relocation, real estate sales for new construction, resale and investment properties. Many of my clients are corporate VP’s, buyers, seller’s, builders, and investors.
Throughout my career, I have had the honor of working with all aspects of housing, therefore making me an ideal person for a majority of real estate needs. For over a decade, I worked as a real estate broker for a developer and builder in new home construction sales. I worked closely with a reputable home builder that specializes in high performance homes, where I received my Earth Advantage certification. Other certifications and designations include: Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified New Home Sales Professional.
