Ly helped me sold my 1 bedroom condo during a time of a buyers market! She will keep you on your toes with every step of the way from getting the home ready for listing, staggers, and even showed up for final walk-through before having a photographers come in. The most impressive thing was after the condo was sold, she ensure that my place was spotless before the buyer moves in.

I appreciate her work ethics, customer service, and hustling in getting my home on the market and sold within 7 days!

As an out-of-state seller, Ly took care of everything regarding selling of my home. It was impressive to see how quickly things got done and how fluid the whole transaction was. We had few issues with renters with their timeline of moving out but Ly was able to coordinate all the downstream work, painting, carpeting, cleaning, etc. so that we didnt miss a beat on getting the home on the market.
