Lydell Fleming

My name is Lydell Fleming. I'm a real estate professional in the San Diego area. I've lived in North County San Diego since 1972 and have called Cardiff By The Sea my home and place for my wife and me to raise our 3 wonderful children for many years. We enjoy the people, restaurants, beaches, and the many outdoor activities available to us here.

In my practice of real estate, I am well known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, cooperating agents, etc... I've worked with many agents who do not share my same paradigm which has made it a priority for me to ensure a better way. My approach to any transaction is simply this, "it's about the clients, not the agents". I know what it means to communicate and what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless.
