Lydia Hwang

After graduating University of California, San Diego in 3 years with an economics degree, Lydia co-founded CollegeClub.com and as head of Information Technologies, grew it to become the largest and most successful Web site targeted to college students of its time before selling the company in 1997 to focus on real estate and personally investing in 7 different states.

She is a yearly recipient of the San Diego Magazine 5 Star Agent award as well as ranked in the top 5% of all San Diego Agents as reported by San Diego Union Tribune. Also, just recently she has been awarded "10 Best" based on Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals and the Market Leader Award by Forbes Magazine.

Lydia is also the co-founder of the successful team of Realty Group Of San Diego. Her company leaders are comprised of three other agents, Katie Dunahoo, June Kubli and Kathleen Williams and together, they opened an office in University City recruiting talents from all over the city.
