If you are looking for property on Lake LBJ it is important to have a realtor that is familiar with the history, the present happenings, and even the future plans of the lake community. If you are looking to list your home it is important to have a realtor that will work hard to get you the price you want, the conditions you need, as well as the marketing required to close the deal. Lydia checks every box you could possibly have on your list. Our property absolutely would NOT have sold without her diligence and dedication to our property and our goals. 10/10 recommend!

Lydia was absolutely wonderful to work with! I HIGHLY recommend her. I myself am a realtor in a different area and worked with Lydia to help my family find a home. She worked nonstop to find us exactly what we were looking for. Lydia is very tapped into all the inventory and off market listings and found our home before it ever hit the market. It was a smooth transition. Incredibly, Lydia still checks in on us and recommends high quality vendors when we need them. Not only is she very professional, she is so nice and fun so work with.
