The luckiest people in the world are those who love their work and Lyn Baker is one of the

lucky ones. She enjoys meeting new people, exploring homes and vacant land, searching

for the right property for a client, and overcoming the hurdles that can surface during a real

estate transaction. Lyn loves the variety that being a Realtor offers and eagerly dives into

communication skills. She diligently listens to their needs, concerns and wishes in order to

develop a plan to achieve their real estate goals and then remains in constant contact

throughout the entire purchasing/selling process.

A resident of Chesterfield County for over 32 years, Lyn is very familiar with the

neighborhoods, schools, and local government of Metropolitan Richmond as well as the

benefits of living in this great area. When she is not serving clients, you can usually find Lyn

on a ball field watching her grandchildren play, shopping with her daughters, or exploring

new restaurants with her husband.
