Lynda has been my family's Agent for the last 10 years. She has helped many UCSD faculty members find homes. She has found the perfect house both for my sister and her husband and for me. She clearly does her homework and is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in this area. She is the best Agent that I have ever used - and she is a nice person and a fellow dog lover.

Lynda Gualtier was recommended to me by friends for whom she had bought or sold property, and now I can recommend her with the same enthusiasm they had. After I listed my house with her, it sold in about five weeks, even in a bad economy. She was tireless throughout the entire process -- rolling up her sleeves and helping me stage my home, arranging a photo shoot for the virtual tour, and later holding open houses every weekend and arranging showings in between. Because I had to leave San Diego before the closing, she monitored events and kept me posted by cell phone as I traveled across the country. She is smart, sensitive to the emotional side of selling a beloved house, energetic and practical -- remaining positive as she shepherded me through the complicated details of the sale. My only regret is that I moved to another state so that I won't have the opportunity to get to know her better. When our business was finished, I felt that I had made a new friend.
