Lynda was absolutely AMAZING in her efforts to sell our home. To say she went 'Above and Beyond' would be an understatement.
With all the time and effort she put into our home, one would think she was selling her own house! :-)

We followed her advice closely and heavily relied on her expertise and opinions on many matters as we prepared our house, and WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED!

The bottom line result was, four offers, way above asking price after only two days on the market!
Her skill and ability to negotiate not just price but all the other aspects of the sale resulted in the BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOME WE COULD HAVE HOPED FOR.

Agents DO matter! And if you are in the process of choosing an agent to list your home, we strongly suggest at least interviewing Lynda and give her the opportunity to discuss with you why she is head and shoulders above most agents out there.

We met Lynda Makarewicz from Keller Williams at an open house in our neighborhood. We were very impressed at how she presented the home, the gorgeous pamphlets that she provided for each person who entered, and her thorough knowledge of the area and homes. We decided to sign with her on the spot! Lynda is a go-getter, very knowledgeable, and understands what it takes to sell a home! She helped to present our home in the best possible way and walked us step by step in the showing of our home. She showed us how to highlight the best features of our home and how to add elements to bring out the best quality in each room. Needless to say our home was under contract within weeks and Lynda handled everything! She dealt with the questions and concerns of our future buyer with patience and within a month we closed for more than we actually thought we’d get! WOW... it’s not often that I come across an individual that exudes such class and professionalism as my esteemed colleague Lynda Makarewicz! I value her expertise and her very honest opinion about all things regarding real estate, more than I do most folks I know that are in the business. She is lovely, noted as a top notch agent among the 600* agents in our firm and I’m sure there are many in competing real estate offices that would love to lure Lynda away!
She works beautifully with luxury and higher price point clients, and I know how many times she and I speak in the evening time because she works until ~~~ she doesn’t have “set hours” ~ she works until criteria has been met and then exceeds a little further!! “Lynda Mack” ( as she is known) works tirelessly for her clients, and has a work ethic that very few embody. She smiles and laughs easily is so generously kind when someone needs help! She’s a delightful mentor and a person that you desire to be associated with, because she not only helps guide you but when you walk away from my conversation with her, she’s giving you something to think about and you just naturally feel happier then you did before you spoke with her!!

I went to Charlotte to visit and check out the area. Lynda came highly recommended as a top agent, and it is easy to see why. She took time to show me all around the Charlotte/Ballantyne area, explain the current market, average prices, and recent trends. She was a wealth of knowledge regarding real estate in general, in addition to walking me through things to do in the area - plus she was just fun to be around. At this point I’m not sure what my future holds, but if I make the move to Charlotte, she is definitely my realtor of choice.
