About Lynda

Lynda O’Neill’s journey into real estate began when she received a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State in interior design and business. She has always been drawn to beautiful homes and architecture, so she is fortunate to have found a career that she is truly passionate about. As such, she spends time educating herself on the latest market trends, programs, and legislation to best advise her clients.

Her career in real estate has grown over fifteen years. during that time, she has cultivated an expansive portfolio of both residential and commercial properties in the area. However, her expertise and passion has always remained in the Lake Oswego and Portland Metro areas. Her formal qualifications include accreditations from CRS, ALHS, SFR, NCIDQ, and she is a Diamond PMAR Club member as well as a member of several other real estate organizations.

Finally, it is an immense source of personal pride that from 2010 through 2021, she has received the John L. Scott Presidential award, recognizing her efforts in helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.

Being active in the local community is important to Lynda. Since living in Lake Oswego, she has served on the Chamber of Commerce, the Lake Oswego Historic Board, the Karen Gaffney Foundation, the National Charity League, and numerous school committees. Currently, she is a member of The Friends of Timberline and the Lake Oswego Arts Council.

When not fulfilling her board commitments, she enjoys volunteering at Doernbecher Children's Hospital, working with the Down Syndrome Network of Portland, and the Mount Hood Meadows Children's Ski Program.

It is her job to ensure every real estate transaction goes as smoothly as possible for all parties involved. She oversees every detail of the sale including inspections, appraisals, title, escrow, and loan processes. Buying or selling a home can be an amazing experience if you have the proper support. She is here to walk you through the process, protect and encourage you, and see you across the finish line of not just a house, but the best home. Her goal is to assist you however she can and to have you remain a client of mine for life.
