As a Realtor with Compass and The Geiger Group, she specializes in residential real estate, new construction, relocation, first-time homebuyers, luxury homes, and investment properties.

Inspired by her mother, Caryn Geiger, a respected leader in the local real estate community for more than two decades, Lyndsey grew up watching firsthand the impact that integrity, hard work, and genuine client relationships could have on people's lives. What began as admiration eventually became a shared passion, leading Lyndsey to join forces with her mom to continue building The Geiger Group into one of the area's most trusted mother-daughter real estate teams.
Together, they combine Caryn's decades of experience and deep community connections with Lyndsey's innovative marketing strategies, negotiation expertise, and modern approach to client service. Their complementary strengths allow them to provide a level of support, communication, and personalized attention that few teams can match.
Before entering real estate, Lyndsey spent nearly a decade in the wine and spirits industry, living in New York City and working with internationally recognized brands including Lucas Bols and Oyster Bay Wines. Her career focused on developing national accounts, building relationships, and expanding market presence across the United States. The experience sharpened her sales, marketing, and negotiation skills, which now help her clients navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
After returning to Colorado, Lyndsey further developed her expertise while working for one of the nation's largest homebuilders, where she became a top producer and earned some of the company's highest customer satisfaction ratings. Her specialized knowledge of new construction provides clients with valuable insight into builder contracts, timelines, incentives, design selections, and negotiation opportunities.
Known for her responsiveness, creativity, and commitment to client success, Lyndsey believes real estate is about far more than buying and selling homes. It's about helping people build wealth, create memories, and establish roots within a community.
Outside of real estate, Lyndsey is deeply involved in the communities she serves. She is a Board Member of the Louisville Chamber of Commerce, Director of Marketing and Membership for the Buffalo Belles at the University of Colorado, and volunteers with Food For Thought and Golden Retriever Freedom Rescue. Her golden retriever, Jax, adopted through the rescue, proudly serves as the unofficial mascot of The Geiger Group.
