He covers all areas in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties, and some parts of Livingston & Monroe. He grew up Downriver and currently resides in Detroit. He graduated from both University of Michigan-Dearborn & Wayne State University. He knows this area like a true local because Metro Detroit has & always will be his home. As a certified Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), he is focused on getting top dollar for your home in the least amount of time, with terms that favor you. As an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), he evaluates market conditions to ensure you don't overpay, as well as explains the difference between serious repairs & common ones. He is focused on being your real estate professional for life, not just one transaction, therefore he considers himself a consultant, not just a salesperson. Whether presenting buyers or seller, he pledges to always give his honest & professional opinion, even if it makes his life more difficult. By taking on additional training, he has the balance between "by the book" & real world experience. In addition to obtaining his Broker's license, he has earned credentials in the following areas: new construction, negotiation, short sales/foreclosures, and pricing/market analysis.
