About Lyndsey

Lyndsey Smith, a native to Northern Virginia, studied Persuasive and Political Communication at George Mason University. With an investor mindset and fixated on the Northern Virginia real estate market, she bought her first condo in 2012 in an up-and-coming neighborhood and sold it three years later with a lofty return.
