Lynn Bauer

Hi, I’m Lynn Bauer, a North County San Diego Realtor based in Escondido.

I’ve been in real estate a long time, and I still enjoy the work because I like helping people make smart decisions with something that actually matters. Buying or selling a home involves money, timing, emotions, and a lot of moving parts. My job is to keep it clear, honest, and under control from start to finish.

I’m a hands-on agent. I don’t pass clients off to assistants or junior agents. When you call, you’re calling me. If I miss you, I call you back — quickly. I stay involved through the entire transaction and don’t believe in leaving clients guessing.

Clients work with me because I’m straightforward, responsive, and deeply involved. I explain things in plain English, tell the truth (even when it’s not what someone wants to hear), and help clients make confident, well-timed decisions.
