I flew into Louisiana from Kentucky with the hopes of finding a permanent residence for John and me (Sheila) and had a 17 day window . I was being optimistic since we had been looking for a place for over a year and a half with no results . I got online and wanted to see pictures of a house that was for sale and they required my contact information in order for me to see the pictures . I filled in the info and that info was passed to Carol Fox Behrens and she called the next morning ..ready to show us the house . I was immediately impressed by her quick response and availability to show me property . I was equally impressed with her realty track record. We looked at the property and it did not work out for us but Carol listened and promised to work WITH US to help us find our solution and we signed a contract to work exclusively with Carol . Within two days she suggested several other properties but to get us in the neighborhood we were wanting to be in because of its close proximity to John's work ...she suggested new construction . Carol picked me and took me to see the model home in the new construction neighborhood. BAZINGA ... it fit the bill ...location...and curb appeal . Carol then spent the part of two weeks helping me sign contracts ...go to design studios....view on site houses under construction to get a better idea of how it works . on and on... So , within 17 days...I was able to pull together what i had been trying to do for well over a year. And now since I am in Kentucky and the house is in Louisiana ...Carol swings by and takes photos to keep me visually abreast of the construction and she keeps the doors of communication open between me and the builders. Kudos Carol ...
