Deciding to use Lynn Bowles as our agent to purchase a new home and sell our existing home was a great choice! Lynn was on top of the entire process including some hand holding. Once we had purchased the home we were buying, she went to work to make people aware of our home that was going on the market. She did a very effective presale promotion, and she actually attracted the final purchaser prior to our first open house. The offer was way above our asking price.

In addition to being very thorough, Lynn is a warm and “fun” person to work with. We are very glad that we decided to use her services and would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent to represent them.

At 89 years old, I was forced to move to an assistant living community after a bad accident. My home had to be sold plus repair work had to be done. I did not know where to turn, as I had to move to the Western Slope where my family/assistant living facility was located. Lynn evaluated what had to be done and immediately took over and prepared my home for sale. Due to her professional expertise and extraordinary assistance, my home was sold in a great time frame and great price!

We were fortunate to meet Lynn at an open house. Lynn is a professional who knows the area and is able to help with the emotions of trying to purchase in this market. She suggested other area to review, which ultimately reinforced my desire to purchase at Anthem Ranch as it presented the best value for us. Ultimately she utilized her negotiation strategy to help us get the house we wanted. I’d say she went above and beyond to get us into the neighborhood and home we desired. I gave her five stars…but I would add a few on if it would let me.

In Denver, the market has become quite competitive and she navigated both sides of the market brilliantly. We randomly met Lynn and her husband Rob at an open house we happened to walk in to. We immediately connected over not just the house search but many other aspects of our lives.

Lynn is so personable and easy to talk to. She never stopped working for us as we tried to complete our basement in time to purchase the home of our dreams. Lynn even recommended the high quality vendor that ended up finishing it for us!

They created an amazing environment through “coming soon” marketing, word of mouth and an open house that led to multiple offers over asking price.

Lynn was then able to leverage our sales transaction to get the price we were looking to spend on our new spec home.

We have not lost touch with Lynn and Rob in the year since we have purchased and frankly consider them part of the family!

I can’t recommend Lynn enough for her professionalism, responsiveness and doggedness to ensure she gets the best for her clients.

Lynn is absolutely awesome! She was amazing to work with when we recently bought our new home and continues to keep in touch with us to make sure we are happy! Lynn is detailed oriented and her knowledge and experience made my husband and I feel like we were in very qualified hands throughout the whole buying/selling process. Lynn is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients because she takes the time to explain everything and researches the community & neighborhood you are looking to buy in. With the fast paced Denver market, it was so nice to have a realtor that advocated for you. She was always available to look at a house at any time and wrote up multiple offers until we found the perfect house for us.
