Lynn was super helpful in a extremely tough market. She was knowledgeable about improvements and financial aspects on the homes we toured. Even when we got discouraged and we’re losing hope she kept us motivated to get our first home. We are now turning it in to “our” home and couldn’t be more thankful! Lynn is an absolute dream to work with. She put in long hours, always had the answers to our questions in a timely fashion and was always available if we needed her. Lynn is an exceptional Realtor and someone I would now consider a lifelong friend. She has gone above and beyond for our family since we started our relocation journey in August of 2020. Lynn Braddy is the best realtor you can hope for. Lynn was the only realtor that took the time to interview my wife and figure out the exact area we should be in, within our price range. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and answered every question we had. Lynn assisted us with the mortgage broker, giving me an air mattress to sleep on for the first night in our new home, I can guarantee she will go above and beyond for you. Don’t bother giving your business to anyone but Lynn!!!!

Lynn, has 22 years of experience and when I reached out to her she was eager and ready to find us our new home. My husband and I came to Florida from Texas never meeting Lynn until the first day. She had a schedule and she had every option ready for us to see. She is a rentless sleuth and problem solver. We saw many homes, I was her challenge. The perfect home came to us, but an obstacle confronted us, the flood zone. The flood zone was undesirable but Lynn turned every rock over and did not give because she knew the home was perfect for us. She solved the flood zone problem and we will be moving into our lovely home in two weeks. Thank you Lynn! This would have never happened without your knowledge and drive to help us find the perfect home.

Lynn made the first time homebuying process a breeze. She helped us to dodge a few bullets and was patient as we visited a number of properties. Lynn went above and beyond looking for a home for us.
Since we did not live in the area, Lynn would do Zoom calls to let us see the properties that were for sale.
Lynn is very knowledgeable , friendly and fun to work with. Both she and her husbabbd are great folks.

Lynn worked closely with us after we signed the contract for a new construction home and kept on top of the construction and inspection progress.
Anything we needed, Lynn was glad to help or advise.
