Lynn is the Designated Broker/ Owner of Team Calimlim Real Estate. Lynn has 21 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, 14 of those as a Managing Broker. Lynn worked for Nordstrom for many years prior to Real Estate and strives to provide a Nordstrom like service level to all of her clients and team members. Learning a high level of service very early on in her career combined with Lynn’s market knowledge, fierce negotiating skills and excellent communication skills has been the foundation that Lynn has built her referral only based business off of. As the Designated Broker/ Owner of Team Calimlim Real Estate, Lynn keeps current on market trends, legislative issues, and licensing laws. Lynn’s attention to detail in the marketing of her client’s home and her company is at the forefront. Lynn strives to build a boutique Real Estate company that feels like family to all of her clients and agents on her team.
