About Lynn

Hi, I’m Lynn DeCoulaz; I was raised in Indialantic Florida and love the beaches and the Florida lifestyle. When I married my husband, he moved us all over the country. We started in Las Cruces, New Mexico, where I first attended Real Estate school. Then we moved (12 times)! We bought and sold six homes over the years.

I enjoyed many jobs along the way, from program director for a weight loss clinic to Banquet Manager in Miami. I graduated from Hallmark University in San Antonio, Texas, with an Associate’s degree in Business Management.

My husband retired and it was my turn to fly. I returned to Real Estate school and received my license in 2019. I am currently a Realtor with BoardWalk Realty LLC and love it! My favorite part of Real Estate is holding Open Houses and helping people find their dream homes.

I love working on all of the islands. Merritt Island, Cape Canaveral all the way down to Sebastian. My adult children say that and holding Open Houses is my superpower.
