Lynn Fiorillo

Lynn Fiorillo's graduated from the University of New Haven as a paralegal and was employed in a New Haven Law Firm for almost 40 years. Her studies in the legal field and employment in a general practice firm taught her tremendous negotiating skills as well as the importance of confidentiality with my buyers and sellers. Employment in a small general law firm since 1974 has given her the opportunity to be educated in all aspects of the law. Specifically working with clients on real estate closings she has been afforded invaluable experiences in dealing with closings from the signing of the contract to the transfer of the keys. Buying and selling real estate is a very personal and emotional time and most clients will only go through this process once or twice. Sometimes sales are the result of foreclosure, death or a loved one or even a domestic issue. Purchases can be first time homebuyers, emptynesters downsizing, relocating or upgrading. Having been trained and worked with many title companies and mortgage lenders she is able to confidently assist all buyers and sellers.
