About Lynn

Having lived in the Midwest in the northwest suburbs of Chicago for most of my adult life, making the move to SW Florida in 2004 has been exciting for me! Formally from the banking industry for 25 years, the transition to real estate made perfect sense! I've had lived the Florida lifestyle since 2004 and have been a realtor since 2009. I enjoy giving back to the community by dancing with a team called The Calendar Girls with all donations and proceeds donated to The Southeastern Guide Dog School. We sponsor guide dogs for veterans which we refer to as miracles with a tail.
As a Vice President of a bank invloved with home mortgages, I found it an easy transition into real estate in 2009. I pride myself with skilled networking techniques and have developed a strong understanding of building my business with a referral philosophy. Buyers and sellers are both treated with "the golden rule" approach.
One of my passions has always been dancing. In my spare time I give back to the community with my involvement in The Calendar Girls dance team. Our proceeds are donated to the Southwest Guide Dog School sponsoring guide dogs for disabled veterans we affectionately refer to as "miracles with a tail".
I appreciate the Florida lifestyle and all it has to offer. I am a member of Palmetto Pine Country Club and enjoy playing golf as often as my schedule will allow.

If you want to buy or sell a home you need Lynn Hutton. She is a tiger in every way and gets the job done. Lynn did a complete analysis on recent sales in our range. Suggested an appropriate listing price and helped stage the house.Once the house was listed Lynn came into her own with open houses, cookies baking and flags flying.
