About Lynn

I’ve been a residential real estate agent since 2006. Prior to that I began my professional career as a Financial Analyst for an international firm and then as an asset/investment manager for a commercial real estate development company. In addition. I’ve bought, sold, managed, and renovated several residential investment properties of my own. I’m a GREEN Designated Realtor committed to environmental stewardship. Recognizing emissions from buildings are one of the major contributors to climate change, I co-founded the Green Realtor Alliance of Sarasota to promote awareness and actionable solutions. I was also Certified by the Florida Green Building Coalition, to verify the energy efficiency and sustainability of homes. Most recently, I worked with clients interested in sustainable living as a sales agent for Array, North Carolina’s first Net-Zero-Energy community. I’m a Preferred Realtor with the NC Housing Financing Agency committed to creating more pathways to first time homeownership. I leverage my renovation and green building experience, knowledge of the various down payment and first-time homebuyer assistance programs, to help my clients gain access to the social and financial benefits of homeownership.
Community Involvement – I serve on the Orange County Affordable Housing Advisory Board, I deliver meals for Meals on Wheels of Orange County, and I’m a member of Public Schools Strong.
