Lynn Oddo is what I term the consummate professional who takes care of you as if you were her very own family. Lynn facilitated my move from New York City to California which in turned launched a major multi million dollar project. When it was time for me to move again and upgrade my life, Lynn was right there making sure it was as seamless as possible. When I look back at my own life and all of the major transitions in the last few decades I have discovered that one of the most powerful and supportive person at every Major turning point was and still is Lynn Oddo. If you get her on your side in any life change, financial deal and especially real estate Venture you are a very lucky person indeed. Plain and simple because of Lynn I have a better life and the fact that she helped me make a few million in profit doesn’t hurt either. I am a life time member of the Lynn Oddo Fan Club!!

I highly recommend Lynn...she clearly is a "diamond" among real estate agents. I live in a different state than the property that was being sold so, after a short time when I was onsite, we communicated via email, telephone, texts, DocuSigns and it worked very well. Her advertising was excellent, including the drone overview of the property. Besides showing the property to potential buyers, she coordinated access for testing, maintenance, etc. Lynn is an excellent communicator who is able to deliver both good news and not-so-good news and then help craft a successful resolution and plan of action. This property sale had unexpected difficult moments for both myself and the buyer but Lynn's negotiating skills resulted in a satisfactory conclusion. She is easy to work with, supportive, creative and has a wealth of contacts and resources that benefit her clients.

As an investor, Lynn located a gentrifying residential area along the coast of San Diego. Lynn negotiated the purchase of two, three-unit buildings and three single-family homes without me needing to come see the units. The result was reaching my goal of 5% Cap rate. In addition, she saw the renovation and interior furnishings of four vacation rentals. The substantial involvement and actions independently managed by Lynn allowed me to focus completely on my other business ventures. I feel very confident in Lynn as a person and her ability to make smart real estate decisions. She is extremely organized and made the entire process easy, practical, and efficient, as well as quite profitable.
