About Lynn

Lynn's career in Real Estate began in 2002 after her and her husband, Gary, closed their video rental store. Her dad was a realtor for 38 years and offered her the encouragement to make real estate her new profession. She decided to take every aspect she learned managing a business, serving the public, from retail to customer service and applying that to Real Estate. Working with her dad for seven years before he retired, she eventually joined Coldwell Banker Northwoods Realty and the “Up North Team” in 2010 because she loved the concept of working with a team. Because of Lynn’s deep commitment to the industry, she has served as a past Director for the Itasca County Board of Realtors and has earned her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. Less than 15 percent of realtors have achieved this designation. Being a Realtor has become a passion and she loves helping people find their dream home, whether it’s a first time home buyer, a lake cabin, or a forever home, she won’t stop till she finds the perfect match. She is also committed to assisting sellers to achieve that next chapter in their life and helping to pave the way and ease the stress. She feels that Real Estate is the art of bringing Buyers and Sellers together and guiding them from the offer to the negotiations and inspections all the way to the closing table. Lynn is a lover of music and performing arts, and spends her free time taking in shows at the The Reif Performing Arts Center or browsing the unique shops of Grand Rapids but feels most comfortable at home with a good book or trying new recipes. Family is most important to Lynn. She and her husband have two grown children, and three grandchildren and loves spending time with them. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, experienced, loves meeting new people and helping them achieve their real estate goals.
