Lynn Roeder

Lynn Roeder is originally from Belle Plaine, Minnesota. She attended St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota, where she earned a degree in accounting. She and her two sons moved to Chapel Hill from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in 2011. Lynn began her real estate career while living in Cedar Rapids, working as both a broker and an appraiser. Before her real estate career, she spent eleven years as a financial controller for General Mills. Her job with General Mills took Lynn to live in New Mexico, Ohio, Minnesota, and Iowa. Her experience with corporate relocation, both as an employee and as a broker, makes her uniquely qualified to help with corporate moves. Lynn also has experience working with residential and commercial properties in the Triangle. Lynn is a mother of two boys. One son is currently attending Ohio State University and is part of the lacrosse team, and her other son attends Durham Academy and is also a lacrosse player.
