Lynn Russell was an officer in a well known building company specializing in upper bracket homes while beginning her Real Estate career in the 80's.
She worked in residential resale for 10 years concentrating on building knowledge of pricing and negotiating, as well as sharpening skills with technology and marketing techniques.

She can offer expert advice and also assist if you are considering building a new house. She is currently marketing The Shires located on Highway 41 and was the agent for ASHFORD on the Pond for the Berman Group, during the 1st year of marketing.

Her vision for a 30 acre development near Shoal Creek resulted in Villas Belvedere, a new community of over 100 homes now in the construction phase.
