Lynn Ryan

Lynn resides in Ardsley and is a proud member of the Rivertowns community. She brings vast knowledge of the area having grown up in Westchester and enjoys working with clients, helping them find that special home, or selling their home at the best possible price.

Lynn has a passion for real estate, and specializes in the Rivertowns area, including Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Greenburgh, Hartsdale, and Irvington. She loves looking at new homes that come on to the market and giving her clients important information and insights. Prior to becoming a licensed agent, Lynn would attend open houses to keep her pulse on the local market, and search for real estate online. A graduate of Mercy College with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Lynn attended high school at the Academy of the Resurrection of Rye. She is an active member of the Ardsley PTA and has been for many years.

Having had such a positive experience growing up in Westchester, Lynn returned there to Ardsley with her husband where they now live and are raising their three children. She is a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
