With over 30 years of real experience in Jackson, Michigan. Lynn bought his first property at the age of 18. A 2 bedroom, 1 bath, single-family home on a land contract, then he rented it out. Nothing like jumping in with both feet and did he get wet? But, he learned lessons that he will never forget and he is willing to share his knowledge with you.
