Lynn Smiley

A realtor and equestrian entrepreneur, Lynn harkens from a family tradition of houses and horses. In the early 1900’s her great grandfather brought to market affordable, yet high-quality houses known asSmiley Built Homes. As a residential and commercial realtor of 15 years, Lynn continues her great grandfather’s vision of everyone attaining peace and comfort in the perfect home whether it be representing the purchase or a sale of a property.Yet, the Smiley family had a passion for owning and riding horses. Having grown-up on a rural farm, Lynn also inherited this passion. It was through this experience that Lynn was instilled with the family work ethic and the belief in doing the right thing.Lynn has since established Brass Ring Farm LLC to help people be better riders and caretakers for their horses while also finding peace through riding. In addition to having been awarded the Bronze Medal for Dressage by the United States Dressage Federation, she is an adjunct equestrian instructor at the University level.Whether it be while riding a horse, or in search of the perfect home, Lynn comes from 4-generations of helping people find peace and comfort.
