Lynn Stofer was referred to us through a friend and we were so lucky to have her! This was my fiancee's and I's first home purchase and thankfully Lynn was a wonderful teacher. She was extremely patient and supportive of all of our concerns. It was a huge plus that Lynn was able to keep us as stress-free as possible considering we visited so many houses. Her eagerness to find our dream home was constantly reassuring. When Lynn found the right house for us, she was very good at calmly suggesting how we should begin negotiations. I negotiate all of the time in my work, but buying houses is a whole new ball park. Lynn had our contract offer put together within the hour! This is not a typo! She helped suggest an inspector and a title company that were both incredibly supportive and accommodating. Thanks to Lynn, my fiancee and I drive up to our new house and constantly feel the adrenaline-rich explosion of happiness and excitement.
