Lynn Tesser

Lynn Tesser is proud to call herself a “Park Sloper.” She and her husband have made Brownstone Brooklyn their home for many years. In the early eighties they discovered just how ideal a community the neighborhood would be for raising their children. Since then, Lynn has taken an active role within this community, as a participant and mentor in local cultural and civic organizations. This passion for her neighborhood is reflected in the quality of service she provides to her clients. When Lynn takes a client under her wing, she can bring the perspective of having gone through the same life changing experience of buying a home herself. She uses this as a framework to fit what her clients need. Born and raised in New York, Lynn graduated from the prestigious Parsons School of Design with a BFA in art and design. She subsequently worked as a graphics and interior designer before entering real estate. Lynn’s experience as an Interior Designer allows her to impart wisdom to her clients beyond the scope of a typical real estate agent. Her keen eye for color and use of potential space allows the client to visualize how they would set up their own apartment or house. The apartment is no longer empty but becomes a living and breathing space unique to the buyer’s tastes. Lynn understands that buying and selling a house is a complicated process. She knows that the perfect house may not be there right from the start, or that deals sometimes fall through. But she understands that the relationship between a client and an agent is one of trust and hard work. In the end, though, the hard work pays off. Nothing is more satisfying to Lynn than seeing the smile on the face of a new homeowner.
