Lynn Vogt Rinner

Lynn has been serving North County San Diego home buyers and sellers since 2008 when she started her real estate career. Just as the market began one of the most significant downturns in real estate history, she seized the opportunity to learn the REO and short sale niche, perfecting her negotiation skills, and building lasting relationships with her clients. Thirteen years later, she now combines the skills she learned in the beginning of her career with the brand power, tools, and international reach of First Team Real Estate to assist her clients in selling their homes for the most amount of money, in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of hassles.

She works hard for her clients and their happiness is her only goal. She has a 5-star rating as a Zillow Premier Agent and has multiple testimonials raving about the excellent service she provides. She has been a member of the San Diego Association of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence recognized as one of the top 5% of REALTORS® in the county. And she has won multiple awards for high production and client satisfaction. She is constantly striving to improve her skills and educate herself in new avenues so that she can provide even better service every single day with every single client.

She's a California native, she grew up in Huntington Beach, and she spent most of her life in Orange County. In 2003, her family and she moved to Oceanside and she fell in love with North County’s gorgeous coastline and friendly people. Her two children are grown now, a son and a daughter, and they still make her very proud. Being a mother has been the greatest joy of her life and there’s nothing she looks forward to more than being a grandmother when the time is right for her kids!

She started working for Marriott at 20 years old and learned the skills of excellent customer service. She’s a graduate of Cal State Fullerton with a BA in English that she earned in her early 30’s which opened the door to her marketing career where she learned many of the skills she still uses to help her clients. And while she has great appreciation for the path that brought her to where she is today, being a REALTOR is, without question, the best job she’s ever had!
