Lynn Wetherall Rucker is a licensed Broker with over 30 years experience in marketing and sales of real estate in the East Tennessee area. She and her husband, Jim Rucker, work as a team to provide a wide range of experience and knowledge. Jim is also a licensed REALTOR (20+ years) as well as a former licensed contractor. Together they owned several development and construction companies operating in Maryville, Alcoa and Blount County. They developed subdivisions and built new construction. Lynn also managed their rental properties. She also has extensive experience in the sale and marketing of REO (bank owned) properties (over 20 years). Their coverage area includes 7 counties in the Smoky Mountains/ East Tennessee area. They enjoy playing golf and watching their favorite college football and basketball teams. They love animals and are big supporters of animal rescue groups. They are the proud parents of a beautiful bunch of kitty cats, all rescued (and spoiled rotten!).
