About Lynn

Hello, my name is Lynn Wiley, I work for the #1 Independent Company in the Valley, Vogler Feigen Realty. I started out as a loan processor in 2001 with a background in auto finance as a bankruptcy legal specialists and then became a mortgage loan officer in 2003. Due to the ever changing market conditions the laws changed regarding licensing so I became a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer too.
In 2011 I decided to make the switch to selling Real Estate knowing that my previous work skills would help me be a successful agent. My understanding of allowable financing help me get my buyers offers structured correctly, and it helps my sellers know what their options are too. I earned the "Rookie Of The Year" award in 2012 and continue to provide excellent customer service. I am a Certified Military Housing Specialists with USA CARES.
In my spare time I am a professional musician/ singer/songwriter.

If you are a serious buyer or seller Lynn's your girl! If you are not serious look out, the girl will wear you out! You will never want to lookie loo again! Lynn is fast, accurate, and direct. She is the PERFECT agent for no nonsence buyers and sellers. I buy and sell a significant amount of real estate. I need an agent I can count on to find the right deal and manage the buy or sell to the close of escrow. When Lynn manages a transaction she respects my time as well as working hard to respect my bottom line. I simply never have to worry about anything falling through the cracks. Homes.com Review

Lynn works extremely hard for her clients. I hope she never leaves her profession or the area because we intend on using her services again and referring her to our friends. One unique trait that separates her from a typical real estate agent is her working knowledge of the financial side of a real estate transaction. Plus it's evident that she has a genuine concern for serving those who she's working for.
