Lynn Wilhelm, a Michigan native, has called Shelby Township home for
the past 20 years. With more than three decades of leadership
experience across Shelby Township and the Tri-County area, she has
dedicated her career to serving others and strengthening her
community.
Lynn’s professional and volunteer work reflects a deep commitment to
service. She has held leadership roles with several notable
organizations, including serving as a Shelby Township Trustee,
contributing to COTS—the largest homeless organization in
Detroit—supporting survivors through Turning Point for Domestic
Violence, and advancing caregiver resources through the Dementia and
Alzheimer’s Association of St. Clair County. In addition, she has
served on numerous community boards and committees, always working to
build connections and create meaningful impact.
Currently, Lynn is the President of the Lexington Business
Association, where she leads efforts to promote local businesses and
foster economic growth through community events and initiatives. Her
dedication to her profession has also earned her recognition as
Lexington’s Favorite Realtor for 2024–2025.
Academically, Lynn holds a Master’s degree in Organizational
Leadership, which complements her professional expertise and
leadership style. Passionate about helping people achieve their goals,
she brings the same drive and commitment to her real estate career.
Whether working with first-time buyers, growing families, or empty
nesters, Lynn is dedicated to helping every client find the home of
their dreams.
Beyond her professional life, Lynn is a devoted animal advocate who
adores her three cats and two dogs. She and her husband—who is a real
estate appraiser—work side by side, combining their expertise to guide
clients through the home buying and selling process with diligence and
care. Together, they are committed to helping you find the perfect
place to call home.
