About Lynne

Lynne Goodwin has been a real estate broker since 1994 and will provide you with the highest level of service and make sure your needs are met and expectations are exceeded. That really doesn’t tell you anything about her. She was born in Charlotte and grew up in the area. However, she has not always lived in NC. Like a number of people, she has taken jobs that have moved her elsewhere. During the downturn in 2008 and 2009, she took a job selling real estate with Ritz Carlton. She was trained by the company known for exceeding customer expectations, and she brings that knowledge and expertise to the table. She has also worked with American Airlines as a head flight attendant and was sent to special training classes on leadership with their company American Airlines in Dallas, TX.

She takes the same driving energetic approach to all things in her life. In her spare time, she loves to travel. She and her husband own timeshares with Westin and Marriott and use them to see the world. She enjoys yoga, gardening, photography, scuba diving, hiking, paddle boarding, and kayaking. She also likes to cook with her husband. They have volunteered to cook for the Alpha Marriage Class at their church for the past three years in a row. She is the type who likes to be very active and get the most out of her valuable time. They have three children and are actively involved in their education and her church. she believes that children will succeed when we as parents set their goals and work with them to achieve the goals.

She has been awarded the H. Allen Tate, Jr award three times while with Allen Tate. She has been awarded a 5 Star agent for Charlotte Magazine many years running, and more than 10 years in a row. She has been listing and sales agent of the year for her office many years. She believes that hard work pays off, but more over she believes that energy and optimism is the key to success. She brings that energy and optimism to each and every transaction.
