Multifamily / apartment building sales in the St. Louis Missouri metro area including the Metro East and Illinois, is the primary focus of her business, working with clients in St. Louis, across the US, Canada, and abroad. Lynne is connected globally to like-minded agents and investors.
Knowing the local market and positioning properties to sell quickly and at the highest possible price is her specialty, as well as helping buyers evaluate buildings for purchase and negotiating on their behalf. Lynne is an investor also with her holdings of apartment buildings, as well as short and mid-term rentals, all of which have been value add opportunities.

Lynne's investments: Lynne renovates and hold apartment buildings in St. Louis (and sometimes sell them to buy more!), with a mix of Short, Mid and Long term rentals. She also has a home in Puerto Rico that is a short term rental when she is in St. Louis.
