About Lynnea

Lynnea began her real estate career when her husband became a general contractor in 1994. After years of working with her husband and selling many homes "for sale by builder," Lynnea got her real estate license in 2000 and began working at a local brokerage first as part time Broker and marketing director for the company, and later as full time office manager/marketing director/transaction coordinator, and then as Principal Broker. Lynnea remained Principal Broker when the local brokerage purchased a franchise and became a large Central Oregon brokerage, managing 5 offices and 75 Brokers. In 2010, Lynnea was encouraged to open Bend Premier Real Estate which has grown to be the number one, independent, locally owned brokerage in Central Oregon.

In 2016, Lynnea graduated from the Oregon Association of Realtors Leadership academy. Since graduating from the academy, Lynnea has served on the OAR Business Issues Committee and the Central Oregon Association of Realtors (COAR) MLS Committee. In 2017, Lynnea was asked to serve on the Oregon Real Estate Forms Board of Managers, later becoming Chair. For 2022, Lynnea is Chair of the Oregon Realtors Business Issues Committee and is actively serving on the Oregon Realtors Executive Committee, the Oregon Realtors Board of Directors, Oregon Data Share Committee and the Central Oregon Association of Realtors Pac.

Lynnea graduated from the University of Oregon Summa Cum Laude in 1983 with a Bachelors of Science degree and graduated first in her high school class in 1979. Lynnea, and her husband have 3 adult children. Lynnea also teaches fitness classes part time, holding an ACE certification since 1990.
