Lynnette was so helpful when we were looking to purchase a home. Lynnette is a very pleasant lady & listens to hear what you’re looking for. She was very responsive & helpful & kept us informed. However, we chose not to purchase a house at that time, we will look forward to having Lynnette help us when looking in the future.

Lynnette Gearing, helped us put my home on the market in January or February of , and then the virus hit, everything shut down even showings of my home. Lynnette worked hard getting showing scheduled for other realtors to show it and she even had at least three or more, then things started opening up and I started have two to three a day. She was even there for our closing and explained everything to me and when to expect my funds. I recommend her for helping you sell your home.

Lynette Gearing of Lantern Realty went above & beyond the normal realtors job functions. With us relocating to another state she acted in place of us to make sure the home we sold was in tip top shape for the new home owners. Who does that??? Lynette had a contract in less than 24 hours! Lynette Gearing & Lantern Realty are top notch. I highly recommend them.
