About Lynnette

Lynnette has lived in the Florence area since 1979 and still really loves it there. She started out owning restaurants (Windward Inn and Gingerbread Village) but after she sold in 2004, she decided real estate is where she wanted to be. She started at Coldwell Banker Coast Real Estate in March of 2005 and has never looked back. It's a great company and they have great brokers; it is like a second family to her.

She loves the little town with its first-class hospital, library, events center, arts, wonderful restaurants, and of course the many recreational lakes and ocean access. She did take up golf a few years back and enjoys the two courses plus she loves to cook and try out new recipes, but mostly you'll find her at Coldwell Banker Coast Real Estate, where she will be glad to show you the town.
