She asked questions that I didn't think of asking to the lending institution and the home inspectors, which showed her authenticity and commitment. She is an intelligent negotiator and ensured that I was always explained the home-buying process and she even caught a huge mistake from the lending institution. She looked for potential homes everyday and would email me pictures of homes to look at. Receiving timely pictures of homes on sale to my email account made it easy for me to narrow down the homes I absolutely wanted to see. It was a pleasure working with Lynson and I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with this huge first step towards becoming a homeowner. She will work hard for you!

Lynson went above and beyond the requirements of the sale for a Real Estate agent. She oversaw the removal of the furniture and other items from the home in addition to staging it perfectly for sale for no additional charge. Lynson was extremely professional and closed the home with ease. I would certainly hire her again. If you want a Real Estate Agent who knows the Richmond area, is thorough in advertising, on time follow up and completion to close, Lynson is definitely your go to Agent.

I got the full asking price, all cash, with a one week close. The transaction went through smoothly and Lynson was helpful and knowledgeable throughout. Though not the most challenging situation I would guess Lynson has experienced, it is to her credit that it was completed without an upset of any kind-- all contingencies were anticipated.
