We had such a great experience with Lynzi, on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. We had been looking at homes off and on for the past few years and she always kept us informed of new homes hitting the market but was not one of those agents who overfilled our inbox with listings that didn’t meet our needs. If we happened to find a home of interest we could call Lynzi and she always found the time to show us whatever we wanted to see. From the start, Lynzi was responsive, accommodating and extremely patient even though we were all over the place in terms of the type of home we wanted or the area we wanted to explore! Lynzi never complained or seemed put out in anyway and always arrived with a positive attitude! Lynzi was a huge help for us in a cross country relocation to Georgia. We had a tight timeframe with my work and a baby on the way. Lynzi Kiser was truly exceptional. I met Lynzi when selling my home in 2021. The experience was such a pleasure. She is so knowledgeable and walked us through the steps flawlessly. For this I call her a magical realtor. This year I had to sell my parents’ home. Lynzi again went above and beyond. Her advice on how to handle the situation was spot on and an immense help. Her responsiveness to help in such a tough situation was truly a blessing. I did not live in Georgia when my parents’ home had to be sold. Lynzi helped with everything we could not do. This included an estate sale, donating what was left, shredding documents, had it cleaned and sold it quickly. The whole time dealing with the neighbors, association, and anyone else who needed something. I would recommend her to my closest friends, family and anyone who asks.

Lynzi was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive and very helpful. This was a hard transition as I was selling the home my children had grown up in and had owned for 16 years. She made the transition smooth from start to finish. She offered suggestions for preparing the home as well as individuals to take care of performing the work so I did not have to seek on my own. They were all very professional and did great work. Once the home was listed she had it sold within a matter of a few days which also was a huge relief as preparing for showings can be rather time consuming. I would highly recommend Lynzi and would use her again if the need arises.
