I recently met Mabel when preparing to relocate to Jacksonville, FL from out of state. Mabel took the time to listen and get to know me and exactly what I was looking for. From there Mabel went to work and put together a short list of several great home options for me to consider. She really put in the time and work. I'm very happy I met Mabel and am very impressed with her attention to detail and help with finding a new home in an area I knew nothing about. I highly recommend Mabel of you're buying or selling. GREAT people are hard and rare to find.

I called Mabel looking for a downtown rental. Mabel took three weekends in a row showing me places in and around downtown Jacksonville. She not only showed me rental units, but she also showed me all the things to do downtown. Then, after getting to know what I was looking for, Mabel suggested that I consider buying as opposed to renting. Mabel has a team of people that she works with, and after meeting with her accountant colleague, we figured out I was much better buying. My monthly payment was LESS and I was actually getting ahead in life. I really appreciate that someone was able to look out for MY best interest as opposed to theirs. Mabel is an awesome agent and she really knows Jacksonville and all the fun spots !!! When the times comes to get a family home, I'm calling you Mabel !!!

After the hurricanes in 2017, my family and I decided to get away from the coastal areas and move more inland. Mabel really help us find a perfect family home. We couldn't afford a custom build, so we settled on a ranch style home on a nice piece of land. Mabel really helped out with sorting thru the inspection report and all the items that needed to be addressed to make the deal happen. She's very patient and professional. There is a lot of paperwork with buying a home - but Mabel handled it like a champ !! Mabel is a true professional. I didn't know much about Jacksonville once I got transferred here. Mabel not only showed me around town and all the various neighborhoods - but she also identified the best areas for the future too. It really impressed me that she presented where a neighborhood was headed so my future property value would be higher than normal. Mabel has a great team supporting her. Mabel even had an accountant and an economist walk me thru certain implications of my relocation and buying a home. Thank you Mabel !! You're the BEST !!!

Mabel Cal is a bee worker. She knew what's she is doing and selling. She is even do an extra mile for you. The only day I have to look for a new place is Sunday and my only day of rest being a full time employee to growing business in town and just resigned to a new area. Until somebody introduced me to Mabel. I explained my predicament to her and she really listen with her heart. At first, was hesitant about her credibility. I told her what I am looking for, location and some few just right amenities that will suit my budget. With in a few weeks of painstaking labor on her part, I got my place. I really dont know how she did it but I'm satisfied with her professionalism and business like nature personality she have. I will 100%recommend her to any body and will be her word of mouth advertisement. You should look for more associates in your company like of Mabel.

Mabel is an amazing agent. I was very impressed when she listed my home and within 48 hours I was already being presented with full price PLUS offers !!! I don't know what Mabel's secret recipe is - but Mabel SELLS !!!! Mabel certainly put in the time to understand my home and the details - which turned into a beautiful MLS listing and information packet for prospective buyers.
