She exudes confidence and inspires trust. After seeing your house, she will tell you precisely what needs to be done to put it on the market in the most favourable condition. She will recommend a price and explain why. Do not be surprised if you need to spend some money in order to increase your home value. It will be worth it.

Maddy can provide and arrange for a wide range of services - from staging, photography, painting, cleaning to substantial repairs, such as the installation of a French drainage system in your basement. She will be present at every stage of the work; she will follow up as necessary. Any job will be done and completed on time by experienced workers she has known for years. Any last minute issue will be resolved right away.

After some 30 years on the job, Maddy Mattson is not only very experienced and very calm. She is passionate, focused, precise, and responsive. Maddy has been working with my husband and I for quite some time to help us find our very first home. As first time home buyers we knew we needed an agent who knew the ins and outs of the local market and would be patient and clear when explaining all aspects of the buying process to us. Maddy came very highly recommended by multiple people in the area and we are extremely grateful we’ve had her guidance throughout this process.
