Madeleine and Claudia were extremely knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area, proactive in moving the transaction process forward, helpful in obtaining the most competitive insurance rate, and overall trustworthy. It is worth mentioning that Madeleine found the property I just bought years ago when assembling a package for an investor. Now that the investor was moving on to the next set of investments, the investment the package of properties came to the market, resulting in Madeleine having first hand knowledge of the transaction history and the condo building. In summary, Madeleine and Claudia added a lot of value and I highly recommend them.
